Affiliate Firm Membership 

 
MEMBERSHIP FEE: $250 PER YEAR

 

An Affiliate firm is a funeral establishment licensed in Oregon.

 

This is a membership that includes the following benefits:

 

  • Attendance at all meetings of the Association, including attendance at the annual convention at fees the same as the firm membership. 
  • Receipt of "The Communicator" newsletter, emailed bulletins and Roster of member funeral firms.
  • Listing in the roster as an OFDA member and on the OFDA website.

 

Membership restrictions: 

 

  • Cannot serve on the Board of Directors or as an Association Officer 
  • Has no voting privileges 
  • Cannot participate in Association group benefits or services
